【快讯】中巴两国作为全天候战略合作伙伴，在“一带一路”倡议与中巴经济走廊框架下的务实合作持续深化。近日，中巴商业发展理事会（CPBDC）宣布，理事会主席阿尔沙德·伊克巴尔将率团于今年8月下旬访华，聚焦民生与产业领域开展采购与合作洽谈；同年11月中旬，中国代表团将回访巴基斯坦，进一步推动双边友好交流与项目落地，为中巴经贸文化融合注入新动能。

聚焦民生与产业需求深化务实合作

据悉，访华团将重点围绕巴基斯坦市场高需求领域展开采购与合作对接，涵盖光伏产品（太阳能电池板、逆变器及储能设备）、电动汽车、电动自行车、重型运输车辆轮胎等民生与产业物资。此举旨在响应巴基斯坦对清洁能源、绿色交通及基础设施建设的迫切需求，通过引入优质中国产品与技术，助力巴基斯坦优化能源结构、提升民生福祉。

中巴商业发展理事会长期致力于推动两国贸易与投资合作，尤其关注通过合资经营、本地化组装等模式，降低产品成本、提升供应链稳定性。此次采购将结合巴基斯坦市场特点，优先选择具备技术优势与合作意愿的中国企业，探索“进口+本地化生产”的长效合作机制，为两国企业搭建互利共赢的合作平台。

双向互访促民心相通夯实友谊根基

陕西省国际文化交流基金会国际文化发展基金工作委员会作为中巴商业发展理事会中国境内全权代表处，将于11月中旬组织中国企业家和投资家代表团前往巴基斯坦，开展包括企业对接、项目考察、文化交流在内的系列活动。代表团将深入了解巴基斯坦当地产业需求与市场环境，推动已达成的采购项目落地，并探讨在农业科技、文旅融合等领域的新合作可能，进一步拓宽中巴合作的广度与深度。

【News Flash】 As all-weather strategic cooperative partners, China and Pakistan have continuously deepened their pragmatic cooperation under the framework of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Recently, the China-Pakistan Business Development Council (CPBDC) announced that Chairman Arshad Iqbal , Chairman of the Council, will lead a delegation to visit China in late August this year, focusing on procurement and cooperation negotiations in the fields of people's livelihood and industry. In mid-November of the same year, a Chinese delegation will pay a return visit to Pakistan to further promote bilateral friendly exchanges and project implementation, injecting new impetus into the integration of China-Pakistan economic, trade and culture.

Focusing on People's Livelihood and Industrial Needs to Deepen Pragmatic Cooperation

It is reported that the visiting delegation will focus on procurement and cooperation docking in areas with high demand in the Pakistani market, covering photovoltaic products (solar panels, inverters and energy storage equipment), electric vehicles, electric bicycles, heavy transport vehicle tires and other materials related to people's livelihood and industry. This move aims to respond to Pakistan's urgent needs for clean energy, green transportation and infrastructure construction, and help Pakistan optimize its energy structure and improve people's well-being by introducing high-quality Chinese products and technologies.

The China-Pakistan Business Development Council has long been committed to promoting trade and investment cooperation between the two countries, with a particular focus on reducing product costs and enhancing supply chain stability through joint ventures, localized assembly and other models. This procurement will be combined with the characteristics of the Pakistani market, giving priority to Chinese enterprises with technical advantages and willingness to cooperate, exploring a long-term cooperation mechanism of "import + localized production", and building a mutually beneficial cooperation platform for enterprises of both countries.

The Working Committee of the International Cultural Development Fund of Shaanxi International Cultural Exchange Foundation, as the plenipotentiary representative office of the China-Pakistan Business Development Council in China, will organize a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs and investors to Pakistan in mid-November to carry out a series of activities including enterprise docking, project inspection and cultural exchanges. The delegation will gain an in-depth understanding of the local industrial needs and market environment in Pakistan, promote the implementation of the procurement projects that have been reached, and explore new cooperation possibilities in fields such as agricultural science and technology, and integration of culture and tourism, so as to further expand the breadth and depth of China-Pakistan cooperation.
